A complete Hotel ERP and Management System designed and developed by GWES GROUP to manage hotel operations through one integrated platform. The system combines reservations, front desk, rooms, rate plans, restaurants and POS, kitchen, housekeeping, parking, security and safety, function halls and events, guest services, accounting, invoicing, reporting, staff management and permissions. It also includes a multilingual hotel website with direct online booking, room and hall presentation with photography and 360° views, and a private guest portal where guests can manage their reservations, request services, order from the restaurant and download invoices. The system supports 11 languages, configurable currencies, time zones and date formats, role-based permissions, double-entry accounting, tax management and automated operational workflows. Built with Laravel 12, Filament 5 and MySQL/MariaDB, the platform includes 837 automated tests and 2,875 assertions.
